Hardness testing: Use a hardness tester or other hardness testing instruments to test the hardness value of cemented carbide. This process needs to be carried out under standard temperature and humidity. 3. Chemical composition analysis: chemical analysis method is used to detect the composition of cemented carbide, including main elements and impurity elements. Chemical composition analysis usually uses techniques such as spectroscopic analysis. 4. Microstructure inspection: Observe the microstructure of cemented carbide with a microscope to check the size and distribution of grains and particles, as well as the shape and quantity of grain boundaries. 5.
